Shift **** replacement

Hey guys
Does Lexus replace shift **** under warranty?
On mine, the leather is peeling off. It's an 2008 ls460.

I had mine replaced under warranty when the wood cracked. I have since changed to a LS 600 shiftknob which is wood and chrome, no leather.
