Default Rattling noise coming from rear passenger door.

Anybody else have this issue? When driving around with the radio off I can hear rattling coming from the rear passenger door. Its not a metal rattling just sounds like something is loose in there. It's annoying the hell out of me.

I got about 6K miles left on my warranty...do you think they will look at it if I take it to the dealership?

I would take it in right away. Nothing to lose. They would certainly be willing to look at it after the warranty expires - at your expense!

That's exactly what a warranty is for, so if nothing else, they should at the very least isolate and identify the source to see if the fix is covered under your warranty. If the service rep gives you an excuse for not doing so, be prepared in advance to talk to both the service manager, dealership manager and even Lexus Corporate, the first two of which their names should be readily available.

Keep in mind that being fair, reasonable and insistent if necessary could go a long ways in getting your problem solved.

Good luck -

Could be an assembler lost a wrench or nut, lol! Hard to say until the panel is removed and the door inspected.
