Check your mileage with a calculator. I get upper 18-low 19 MPG in the city and 27-29 MPG on the highway. I only use premium BP 93 octane fuel.

What does this mean?So I just came back from an hour of highway driving and the best reading I got was 13.8MPG.....I would think it would be in the 20's?

That doesn't sound right. Can you reset the MPG meter? I thought it reset when you fill up with fuel? I always check mine with a calculator. Something doesn't sound right...

2010 LS460L

18 city 30 hwy at 75 mph AC on. Best ever was 32 MPG going 65 MPH. Hand calculations are dead on when compared to the cars MPG display.

between 23 and 24 average with a combination of city and highway. Not too bad for a 4.8L engine. I always wonder if it is worth the extra money for 93 octane vs 91 octane. Manual says a minimum of 91.

I don't skimp when it comes to fuel. I would run 93 octane if you can find it in your area. I run BP 93 octane. Quik Trip also has 93 octane, but I don't trust their fuel...

Sounds like your mileage is being measured in kilometers.....

I get 13 - 14 city/ about 24 highway and average around 17. I have a heavy foot as well and have never gottne very good mileage on any car I've owned. Can't help those jackrabbit starts in Power mode.

Wanted to readdress this today...as per my other post I filled up on Thursday..premium octane...and most suggested I would be getting at least 500 miles with a full tank...anyways..I am still averaging 13.8MPG...and I dont drive like a race car driver..just calm city driving..I reset my miles after I filled up and have managed to drive 150 miles since Thursday and the tank is half empty now....is this accurate?
