United Radio's current (as of 9/2013) price to repair a Mark Levinson 86280-0W480 amp is $700.

Is it only the Mark Levinson amps that seem to go out? What about the "premium" audio amp?

I can confirm this. I've asked twice - it's mainly the reason I still haven't got it repaired...

I got other things to take care of for now... I miss it.

Unfortunately I've been bit by the ML gremlin. United Radio has quoted me a price of $450 - $1000. Once I send it they will call me to let me know the cost of repair. My volume has stopped working. A local shop here in Atlanta has quoted me $1050 for a power supply. I hope to get this fixed soon.
