I am using a Smartcard instead of the key fobs on a day to day basis. I don't know how to assign a seat memory to the smartcard so it automatically adjusts to the correct position when I unlock the car with the smartcard.

With the fob it's easy, you press the memory button and press unlock together.

Does anyone know how to assign seat memory to a smartcard?

Use the unlock button on the driver's door along with the memory button. Make sure only the smart card is in the vehicle when you do this.
