They change name from audio to auto because Joe sells cars there now. What shop do you own Shibumi1 maybe I know you and I can give you a shout out or plug the next time.

Any update on your own sound system Shibumi? I thought I remembered you were going to use 3 of those Pioneer Slim 10s the last time I saw a build thread for your trunk - all done now?

don't i wish...the MMATS 6150 just recently became available an i've already found issue with 1 of mine. (but mmats warranty an tech dept are AWESOME.. i sent it in thurs an its on its way back now) the enclosure is almost done testing different options for venting into the interior.. all door speakers have been swapped out..whole car is done with stinger expert mat.. (some areas in 2 layers) so i plays (sounds incredible by the way) all thats left is to form an wrap trunk trim panels.. i've taken pics throughout the process. i even rewired the trunk to close from the front switch an my smart start.

anyone upgrade the audio in a car with ML yet? i have a question? what processor did u use to feed signal to your amps.. i only ask because the ML amps need to see a load to properly send out a clean signal..

i am going to upgrade the stock lexus system next week, looking for ideas how did you guys vent or put the aftermarket sub. I dont want it to be just inside the trunk without some way of the base actually getting inside the car, The stock area of the subwoofer is all sealed.

I am going with infinity kappas all around and JL 10" w3 in the back with a 5 channel kenwood amp.

sounds like a great set up.. I'd suggest removing the oem sub which will allow the jl to play into the cabin nicely. .. curious do u have Premium or ML?

Man if you don't mind me asking, how did those kappas sound when they were done. This is exactly what I wanted to do, different sub thoe. Did you only replace the doors, or dash too ?
