Default LS460L Rear Camera Question

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know if there is line/indicator to park on your monitor screen when you put reverse gear?
Now I can only see the rear on my screen, but there is no helping line (usually yellow/green or red colored). The LS does have all options but the self-parking option.

I have seen these line/parking indicator on Toyota Crown's screen and other Toyota model's. I'm just wondering why '07 LS460L does not have this feature.

Thanks..

on the left bottom side of the screen )or maybe right) you will see a kind of color botton. push it and choose which helping line you prefer

It may depend on whether it is U.S. spec or Euro...

I looked for this today, and my car does not have any such button. I too wish there were guide lines as I had in my M35.

This is one of those "Sorry, Charlie" items. Like you, I have been accustomed to the guide lines, and I miss them in my LS.

The camera view is sufficiently distorted that it's useful mainly for making sure there are no bicycles behind you in the driveway.

So, hey, Lexus: How hard can it be to include these? Lots of automakers have them, from Infiniti/Nissan to Hyundai, so it's pretty common software. But then again, good voice recognition software abounds, too, and Lexus is WOEFULLY, EMBARRASSINGLY behind in that category.

It appears the guidelines (or the frame anyway) were lumped in the APGS, but omitted in the Park Assist.
