Hard Drive Upgrade Question

Using the following proceedure, is it possible to upgrade the LS Hard drive from 40GB to, say, 100GB?

I suppose you could try 3rd party or something but I doubt Lexus would do it.

Otherwise you could just connect an iPod for even more songs...
