I have them on mine, I know some of the 460's I checked out did not have them, Only the rear sun shade.

Sorry to open up an old thread but I'm in the Northeast and can't seem to find an LS460L with the rear & side sunshade... anyone here have them in there car and if so what package does the car need to have for them to be included.

I have an 460L with luxury and rear seat upgrade packages.
I have the electric sunshades on the rear (side and back) windows.
