When i went to the dealer and booked the car i asked the salesman a Q?

" Can you change the tires and place a new ones?" he said Y?! i told him, coz i saw a video here in dubai where they took a test drive car LS460L for spins, and to be in a safe side i would like them to be changed. He said that thats impossible and gave me a speach on how a car would never go out unless a salesman acompanys it, and they dont allow such thing to be happed to a car and such and such. He gave me that trust and honesty that the car wasn't played with, so i believed him..

+ he said a new set of tires would cost 10,000 aed each thats 2 722.72 U.S. dollars !!!!!!!!!!

anywayz i said ok and went for it + booked the car ... UNTILL today !!!



I saw this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gEYTi7XNtng... and then checked the site of Drive arabia http://www.drivearabia.com/lexus/lexusls460.html, and found out that its the SAME CAR THAT I BOOKED


Its just that am so angry at the salesman right now on how he gave me that speach of confidence that lexus policy with cars is such and such its like buying a new car and lods of COMMERCIAL talk which i dont like. now that i've proven him wrong and showed him the evidence, he is still not honest and says that its not the car + lods of silly company policy talk.



so am still confused on how am going to act now.

How can you be sure that's the same car? Are the tires on your car worn? I agree you do need to be cautious, but if you have that guarantee of getting your money back if you don't like anything about the car.

However, the more I think about it, and your statement that you don't feel 100% right about the car, it might be best if you pass on it. You are in a bad position if you feel pressured because you have to have a car. Maybe you could arrange a monthly rental at a reasonable price. Then you could take time to shop around for a 2008.

Yes! That was what I was referring to, The World Islands. My wife wants to stay at that hotel built out on the ocean. You know, the one where they pick you up at the airport in a Rolls Royce!

The important thing is how you feel about the purchase, like Nospinzone said, you want to feel 100% good or very close. I would also inspect the tires personally if I could...if only there was a way to get a tire tread estimate...

Thats what i was going to say. rent a camry or a sunny for now or a car for

100 DHS/ DAY thats 3000 DHS/MONTH = 817.093 USD/MONTH

So if the cars out in December thats like 3 months

9000 DHS/MONTH = 2,450.94 USD

I definetly suggest you wait for the 08.
