Disabling The Caution/I Agree Prompt Screen

Does anyone know how to disable the caution/i agree screen that comes up on the nav. display every time the vehicle is started up?

Lots of other people on other forums (especially the technologically savvy 2IS forum) have not figured out a way to do so at this time...

In autoweek i think it was they were testing an rx and they got this device that did it and enabled you to watch movies while driving, i think...
