This video shows just how rediculous Car&Driver's last comparison was. In terms of handling/acceleration etc this video shows how all those cars run together. (except for the A8 which is an all wheel drive)

Anyway great video, I love the way the LS looks inside out, I love the way it sounds and handles (good job VDIM)

It would be nice to know what they are saying, because they are probably talking about the way car handles. I'm not sure what language they are speaking, but does anyone here understand what they are saying?

The LS has too much roll, it was all of the place around the curves. It needs some kind of touring package to stiffen it up. In the one scene it darn near went off the track.

Not a bad race. But it only goes to show power means nothing without traction/handling.

Who can translate some quotes from the video.

I can't tell if they're saying "Wow, this car is fast!" or "Crap, this car will kill me!"

The aluminum in the Jag means something, not in the Audi. It weighs as much as a steel car. I always found that weird....
base XJ weighs 3700 lbs! That is GS territory! Base A8 is 4200 lbs or so...

AWD wins in wet conditions... Not too surprising.

hahhha, funny to see 4 big *** sedans running on the track.

anyway, very surprised about the audi, it just walked away from the others, big props!!! funny they use the 745, i thought the 750 has more power? lexus is doing average i guess, i don't expect it to get close to the bmw and audi anyway.

but yeah, right from the start, the jag was slow

What's the surprise? This race is just pointless. It's like "racing" a tiger, a cheetah and a sparrow to see which one gets to the treetop first. Does anyone in the world not know that AWD would win on a SOAKED track already? Let's see the race in the rain again when all the competing cars are AWD driven.
