A 22x9 245/30 22x10 295/25 both mid offsets in the +35 range should be the max fittment.
Alternatively, you could use a 20x9 245/40 20x10 275/35.
These fitttments should both work on the new LS without touring package.

well I'm getting ls460 short body, it doesn't come with touring package.
So I could get 20x9 245/40 in the front and 20x10 275/35 in the back?

When I went for technical training at Lexus office the engineers were telling us about the couple of difference types of steering, brake and suspension system. That why the LS460 got 120 mm PCD to make it harder to put aftermarket wheels or the wheel manufacturers need to stay with Lexus spec, but it will be really hard to do because now they are dealing with the LS460, LS460L and LS460 sport package.
Two difference types of steering racks are on the LS460, one just a standard EPS and another one is the EPS with VGRS.
Two of brakes system one with 13.14 inch front rotors and the another one with 14.06 inch front rotors(Sport package).
If the car equipped with APGS, the bigger wheel may cause the miscalculation when you use the APGS. If you speedo reading is off about 5 mph at 75 mph, so at 3 mph in the parking lot it may be off a few inches.
I suggest some good research before spend the money and make sure it will clear the steering and suspension of the car.

Hey Nuum! How's it going?
What's PCD?
And I wonder why variable assist power steering is an option - wouldn't everyone want this?
