Very well done for the new LS that was launched today.
I hope that they will re-do the US and Canadian websites in time for the new LS460. Both sites are looking a bit dated now. May be I feel that way because I check several times a day for any new info on the LS!
Please visit the Japan site. Easy to navigate even without any knowledge of the Japanese language.

Also, here's something you might like.
Orders for the LS460 in Japan have now topped 8,000 units and it was achieved in LESS THAN ONE MONTH.
This is against the monthly sales target of only 1,300 units/month
Comments from response.jp seem to indicate that the Tahara factory is rushing to cope up with the extremely high demand. Aside from the fact that they make Rav4 units (for Japan and Asia-Pacific markets) AT THE SAME TIME as well as other Lexus vehicles.

rich people like to spend money :-).
Best thing about living in US is low taxes (I always found it funny when people complained about absolutly the lowest taxes in the world)... For the price of my Rav4, I could have bought RX400h in the US.
For the price of lS460 in Europe, I could buy nice 68k LS + IS350 in the USA.
