Default rear ac seat Cooling unit

Has anyone relocated or removed the rear seat ac unit in the trunk? I'm a sub junky and wanted to a 15 or 2 12s in the trunk but those units are there and I'm not sure of my options.

the ac lines are tied in with the front ac lines so your pretty much stuck there
