Default 2008 LS460 - P2241 Bank 2 Sensor 1 Removal... help

I hope I've narrowed down the issue, I hope. Cheapo Reader shows "P2241 - O2 Sensor Positive Control Circuit Low Bank 2 Sensor 1", TechStream Shows same P2241 with "Oxygen Sensor Pumping Current Circuit Low (for A/F sensor) (Bank 2 Sensor 1)"
I'll need to check again when the Dash lights light up like a Christmas tree again (This is happening every day, and we are resetting it so that Cruise Control works), but at least once with the TechStream I also got a C1201 code, the P2241 is consistently there though, I have purchased the correct Denso Air/Fuel sensor for Bank 2 Sensor 1, but that is one tight fit for a man size hand to try to get to. Any help would be awesome as to whether I should look further into that C1201 code or if the P2241 will probably remedy the issue, and if so how in the world to change it. There is an amazing write up on here on how the change the Bank 1 sensor, but it looks like a whole different beast. Thanks All!

PS: How many mA should I be looking for on that sensor? It shows 0.00, but the "Good" one B1S1 shows only 0.02...
