I current use a Iphone 7 with an updated operating system. I have transferred my address book to my car. However, the name of the caller does not appear when I receive a call. I am positive that the name previously displayed. I saw many posts addressing this issue but have never seen a solution.

Anyone familiar with this?

I'm not sure about IPhone 7, but I had to add +1 to every phone number in the car's address book and remove all the dashes for names to display using Android, example: +11231231234.

The phone numbers show up not the caller name. In the past, the name always showed up. Now I have to guess at the caller from the number.
