Has any CLer visited the LA auto show this weekend? Have you learned anything about the 2018 LS? Will it be revealed at the Detroit auto show in January?

Went on Friday. The one person I talked to had no information on the new LS.
By the way, sitting in some of the newer car designs really makes you realize how much the LS is out of date when it comes to interiors and technology. The E-Class and the 7-series comes to mind. The G90 was also surprisingly nice inside. The new LS should be a lot better than the current generation of course, but the bar is set pretty high.
(Oddly enough, the big eye-opener for me was the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. Really nice interior and technology, 30 mile range plug in hybrid, and $10K cheaper (with the federal and state credits) than our Sienna Limited. Of course reliability might be a question mark, but otherwise it's a pretty sweet car that I was not aware of at all.)
