2010 LS460 Sport with low mileage - should I bite?

Radar cruise was an option on 10-12 sport LS models, but very very rare. I have done many searches on autotrader and came across one or two ever. Blind spot monitoring came in 13.

I work from home and I'm running out of excuses to have to leave the house every day to drive it.
One thing I've noticed now that it's getting colder, the auto climate controls don't seem right. I have to set it to 76 or 78 in order to get the lower (foot) vents to turn up to half speed on heat - so it takes forever to warm up the car. I've been having to override the fan to get it warmed up and then return to auto mode. My old IS climate fans would crank up once the engine was hot and quickly warm up the car to 70 and then the fans would back off - just as I would expect. There seems to be no temp I can set the LS on that will "crank up" the fans other than "HI". Any chance this is like our GE oven and the temperature sensor is just off, and can be adjusted by dealer?
