Hello, Just got a 2016 LS 460!
Just got my new Lexus today! My old car and my new shown below.
I've always wanted one of these. Kind of valued that comfort and living-room-on-wheels vibe more than anything else and it really exceeds what I envisioned about this thing. I love it.
I know I'm on the last model year of this generation, but frankly, I like this conservative look; it's plenty edgy enough for me.
I guess I'm getting old, relatively speaking, but I test drove a new Audi A7 and was a hair's breadth of getting that, and as nice as it was, I felt like I was a pilot of a 747 in that thing. Honestly, I didn't need that and I plan on driving this for 10+ years I hope and after having two BMW's prior to my Acura (which I drove for ten years), I don't feel like spending any more time in the dealership and in loaners than I have to.
It's a 2016 and was able to negotiate $6k under list price. Not sure if it's a good deal, but I haven't been in a dealership in over ten years and I'm happy. They seemed eager to work with me, that's for sure, but I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.

Huge congrats on the '16!
Beautiful car and I'm sure, without question, you'll enjoy your experience with that LS.
I heard through the grapevine that Lexus apparently does reliable luxury pretty well...
Enjoy and congrats once again!
As Roadfrog said, your in the perfect place.

Thanks for the welcome!
Had to say goodbye to Acurazine, as I enjoyed talking about my RL there for years, but glad to be here now.
And I'll definely post more pics soon, once I detail and wax it!

Congrats. These cars are very easy to fall in love with. They just do everything well.
Might not have 500HP that BMW and MB have these days. But those numbers are purely for bragging rights. Ask yourself, what was the last time you floored the pedal to enjoy the 0-100 sprint?
Whith that said, I think my next car will be 13 model and that I will keep for a long time as I want to get into convertibles again.

Congrats on your purchase. Makes me want to go out and get a newer one. If only I could fit that purchase into my budget. Anyways, you will enjoy the car very much.

Okay, if im understanding correctly, you are speaking about the acceleration sprint in the LS, correct?
If that's he case, I most definitely enjoy the power and smooth acceleration in this car.
It's making me spoiled, and honestly its making it more difficult for me to have a desire to drive anything else.
