Is my clutch worn on my 600h?
I noticed the RPM's are higher then they used to be when accelerating slowly.
My car is an awd hybrid 600h with a CVT (110.000 miles)
Do i have to check the transmissionfluid? How?
Is my clutch or whatever it's called dying?
My car is still under warranty, but i'm not sure if wearable parts are included.

Has the weather become colder recently? I have noticed with mine that the colder it is outside, the less the batteries are used and the higher the engine will rev. For instance, summer time the car, from a dead stop, will run on electric only longer than it will in the winter.

The hybrid transmission has no clutch to speak of. There is the engine, MG1 and then the driveshaft. MG2 is inline with the transmission. Everything is engaged all the time.
The drive ratio is controlled entirely by MG1; either faster or slower depending on how fast the car is going.

You might be seeing the motor running higher during startup in an attempt to heat the cats and all the other emissions controls. For the first 20 min or so I've given up trying to figure out what RPM the system will select; but I notice in warmer seasons the all electric mode comes on sooner; as does the stop at idle function.
I was in the Netherlands last week driving my friend's Tesla. The roads there are amazing!
