How do you post pictures? Advice or a link to help, pls.

Can someone pls steer me to information on how to post a picture? I could not find anything on site.

Below the text box you type a message,
click "Go Advanced"
Click "Manage Attachments"
Click "Choose File"
Then navigate to the picture you want to attach.
