Do anybody know if there is a cold air intake or performance programmer available for the LS460?

I'm not convinced cold air intakes make a significant difference. Their marketing arguments all sound good but I have a hard time believing an aftermarket 'fits all' device like this would work better than all the engineering that went into the LS.
I've found a few used ones on Craigslist and asked the seller if they liked them and they all said they wouldn't do it again. It does introduce a more sinister air intake noise when floored, maybe that's what they like.
I'm on a few forums and this subject comes up now and then and the owners are VERY defensive about them...or maybe just their judgement to have one.

I never could find any super chips for the LS, but I hear the Japanese hot rodders are doing great things with the LS, with supercharging and all.
If anyone would know I'd think it would be someone like the Prestige bunch that has the custom NAV kits, or some of the high-end SOCAL, Dallas, Miami speed shops that cater to the well-heeled.

the front fenders are very crowded and would need some modification to accommodate the pipe route. Plus you would need to do two since each side has an intake port. Ive looked into making a custom one but its not worth the money for the little hp you would gain.
