Default LEDs Upgrade Bulbs List

Having done the Nike/front and reverse LED upgrade (like many other from this thread), i updated the list below to point to few solutions on this topic:

-- Nike/Front and Reverse LEDs (T10 1.9W 6500K 171-Lumen 38-SMD LED like these from DX)
-- Dome Lights (
T10 36 SMD LED Light Festoon Dome Bulb Lamp like these from AMZ T10 36 SMD LED Light Festoon Dome Bulb Lamp like these from AMZ
)
-- Doors/trunk/poodles(mirror) Lights :
20x 194 168 2825 5-smd White High Power LED like these from AMZ 20x 194 168 2825 5-smd White High Power LED like these from AMZ

-- Fog Lights: HID upgrade from CJITTY
-- Turn Signals: No PlugNPlay solution yet, check lei_z_ass solution
-- Other Lights that can be converted to brighter LED: remove orange cap from foot rest LEDs on both driver and passenger sides

Note: Parking Lights/license plate lights and 3rd brake light are already LEDs, no PlugNPlay replacement available as of now.

I would like led upgrades for the interior door handle cups, floor ambiant light, and the small light that shines down from the ceiling (sunroof controls) onto the center console cup holder. Would like to upgrade all these to a 6000k color. I know that the covers can be taken off the floor ambiant light bulbs I'd like them brighter.

Thanks for the link, at least we can see what some of those original replacement bulbs are, now it would be nice to know the LEDs equivalent from DX.

LEDs should be better than the Sylvana as an upgrade because they should not generate too much heat and end up damaging something.

For the doors/trunk, wonder if any of these would work? (space is tight for these bulbs unless you modify the support)

-- 0.5w 131lm 10000k 5050 SMD LED

-- T10 5W 400lm 4-LED White Light Car Indicator Lamp

-- 0.4W T10 1210 8-LED

How about 20 LEDs for $15 shipped via Amazon?"
Amazon.com: Zone Tech 20x 194 168 2825 5-smd White High Power LED Car Lights Bulb: Automotive Amazon.com: Zone Tech 20x 194 168 2825 5-smd White High Power LED Car Lights Bulb: Automotive

That's what I did, they work great. 194/168 are pretty much the same. Used in doors, trunk, mirror puddles. 20 may seem like a lot, but if you have two cars, your good. they have 10 pack too..endless options

Thanks CJITTY, just ordered one set!

Do you know if the DLR/parking lights can be upgraded to LED as well?

There are some threads on that as well, but from what I understand you have to modify the cover over the back of the bulb for the wire to pass through or something...i had the dealer turn my DRL off and I just run my 4300K HID fogs by themselves with no other lights on as my DRLs

It would be nice to only have the nike lights on as DLR., wonder if that would be "easily" feasible?

Despite the LED upgrade, these nike lights are not as bright as i was expecting and don't cover the whole length of the lens. i used the T10 1.9W 6500K 171-Lumen 38-SMD LED from DX.

Would these
6000K Halogen Xenon Super White 68 SMD LED 6000K Halogen Xenon Super White 68 SMD LED
be a proper upgrade to the stock fog light bulbs?

I'm wondering the same thing for the Nike's. Trying to find one that lights up the whole strip.

Got doors/trunk covered (thx CJITTY!) and would love to find out what LEDs can be used to light up in the back lights?

I took apart the back seat dome light and you need to remove the 4 screws then pop out the whole unit by pressing on the 4 plastic clips to access the bulbs.

Seems that only the dome light can be upgraded since the 2 spotlights come in a unit which includes it's own heatsink.

Need confirmation but seems that this LED would work for the middle dome light in both front and back units

What year do you have? No unscrewing needed for any of the dome lights. Many of us used LED boards for the rear of our 07 to 09s..I. fact I have two (36 led) boards for front and one for rear
