Power Steering on full lock and Suspension noise / feel
I have recently moved from a 2006 LS430 to a 2010 LS460L AWD. I have noticed that when I turn the steering to the full lock position, which I need to do when backing out of my side load garage, that the steering seems to transition from fairly light to quite heavy just before reaching the full lock position. I spoke to a service advisor at my local Lexus dealer by phone and he advised this is normal for the LS460 and that it feels different to the LS430.
Also while I had him on the phone I asked him about the characteristics of the air suspension. I have noticed that especially on comfort setting it is a lot softer than my LS430 which I like, but that when going over a sudden break in the pavement such as a transverse rut, the suspension can sound "crashy" (not sure if that is a word ). The advisor said that this is one of the characteristics of the air ride whereas the LS430 no UL model with its conventional struts tends to ride generally firmer but is quieter over sudden transitions in road quality.
Do other members agree on these two issues?

Thank you, that puts my mind at rest for the Power Steering. Strange feel all the same compared to the LS430.
Do you also think the comments on the air suspension are correct?
