I would go with the 194-168-5. The ones you pick I think will be too long to fit the factory bracket. The mirrors are simple a 10 mins or less job. Tilt the glass up an pull the glass out, unscrew the 4 screws and pull the 2 pieces apart and the bulb is at the bottom. It's that easy good luck.

I finally got around putting mine in, and I love the results! Here are some pics that I took...
This is the way they are sitting in there...I pushed them in nice and tight at a slight angle to make them fit.
The rear map...
Shine bright like a diamond
It's so damn bright lol, but it's truly awesome. Looks amazing when viewed from outside the car! The only thing that's bugging me now is the mirror puddle lights that don't fit in anymore, hahaha! Big thanks to Tee for this thread!

Adam, that is awesome man! Mine are still going strong, but I was able to put mine in square without angle using the actual junction connector as the gap filler to keep them wedged up in there.
Apologies for the on the fly picture edit, but this is what i did to fill the slight gap..using the connector as a wedge then pushed the LED panel perfectly straight in the opening so light shines straight down as much as possible..worked out great
