How do you remove music from 30GB Hard Drive on a Mark L 2007 LS460?
HI,
Could somebody please help me as no one seems to know how do you remove music from the 30GB Hard Drive on my 2007 LS460 with Mark Lev, Stereo System? I'm a music producer and there are some really rare items that I no longer have that I would like to take off this system as I am going to buy a new LS when it comes out and I would like to either put the music on an IPOD or on some other device.
No one - not even the dealership will tell me a word on how to do it. There's got to be a way.
PLEASE HELP!
Many thanks,
Mark

If it's really valuable to you and you just have to have it, you will have no choice but to take the HU completely out. Once it's out, you'll see the HDD. Just unplug it and plug into your PC. Good luck looking for the file, but it's there.

Many thanks for your help!!!
Thank you guys for your help! I know how to delete songs, but what I want to do is take ALL of the music off of the (full) hard drive and transfer it to my new Lexus LS460 as I no longer have the source CD's of many of the songs in the system.
I figured taking out the hard drive and attaching it to a computer would be my only option as one person suggested. If anyone has been successful doing this, please let me know!
MANY MANY THANKS!
Mark

Thanks bro. I still have Willie Nelson filling my HDD. I never use that feature anyway but sometime I will switch to satellite radio from ipod and hit the HDD not realizing and BOOM Willie Nelson
