Quick Update....
Last week I was able to finalize the system details & we unexpectedly hopped on a Dyno as well...
BIG THANKS to "brianlin87" for setting up a session at "European Auto Source" in Anaheim. .
We actually made a convservative 8-10 Rwhp....
We WILL be establishing the Group Buy for you all by next week for sure.
CL Vendor Carson Toyota / Lexus Parts will be in charge of launching the product here on Club Lexus.
Regardless of the Group Buy, we have already begun production of a new batch of systems for all LS460 owners who are interested... Turnaround time should be 4-6 weeks..
We really weren't expecting major gains for this application. However after removing the super quite & heavy Oem mufflers, we opened up a really nice Sport Luxury sound and there are power gains that come with it..
So stay tuned for the Official Launch..!!
Applications:
Another BIG THANKS to "PRSUIT460", for motivating us some more, to re-launch this system.
Enjoy,

The snow has left us and I got a chance to drive my LS for quite some time yesterday. I really like the exhaust. It does sound pretty close to an ISF. For people that are concerned about drone there is a LITTLE bit of drone around 1700ish RPM. It's not bad but some people are picky. You don't really hear it much anyway with our 8 speed transmission. I would do more videos but I'd like to get an external mic for my DSLR so you can really hear what it sounds like, or you can just buy the exhaust yourself

Per everyone's request...
Based on Brian's LS460 L.... Here are the Independent results tested by European Auto Source in Anaheim, CA...
Brian was actually the one who brought us the idea to have his shop do all the before & after testing...
They Dyno'd many baseline runs until they established consistent numbers. I installed the axleback exhaust with help from their shop tech. Then they put the LS right back on the Dyno and restablished consistent runs again, with the Awesome Gains..!!
We actually made a convservative 8-10 Rwhp..
Regards,
Joe Z

Can't wait to see more videos, once you get an external mic..

Forgot to mention here are some initial impressions Brian shared in his: USF41 Build Thread (brianlin87)
(two weeks ago)
Had the opportunity to work with local member Joe Z to test fit/install/dyno a PTS JoeZ Series exhaust last night. The only question we both had prior to installation was whether or not this axle back would fit the LWB cars, because AFAIK all other LS460s that previously had this exhaust installed were SWB. Needless to say, the fitment was a non-issue.
Before people start chiming in with their dyno questions, yes, I understand a dyno may not have been "necessary" for this particular chassis, and I know with my current wheel set up the conditions aren't ideal, etc etc. End of the day, I asked a friend for a favor to use his shop's dyno, and figured, at the very least, it would be interesting to see what the numbers would be.
First impressions from the drive home last night: enjoyed finally getting to hear this v8 exhaust note, definitely noticeable throttle response, and solid product construction. No complaints here and I would not hesitate to recommend this product to any other members on this board. Lots of threads have been started asking what sort of exhaust systems are available for our cars, and in my opinion, this is definitely one of the good ones.
Personally for me, I think as soon as my mode parfume aero arrives (whenever that may be), I may be adding some Sense Brand exhaust tips of my own to spice up the finish of this exhaust.

Group Buy This Week?
Joe Z
You said last week that you were planning group buy launch this week...is that still on track?
Everyone has been asking about pricing...what's the word?

We are finishing up all the product details to provide to Carson Toyota / Lexus Parts.
I also want to secure a finished product ETA, so you guys don't have to wait too long..
Most likely move the GB launch to next week...
BUT everything is still a GO for sure..
