I was there was a 2013 LS460 hitch put on a 2010. I need some additional cargo room for road trips in my 2008 LS600. I'm handy enough to put on the hitch but I don't know if it will fit my bumper.

Any ideas or alternatives to a trailer hitch cargo? Put on a roof carrier?

Don't put roof carrier on that car. It is going to be so ugly, LOL. I'd go with the hitch. Bumper cover can be trimmed.

I won't be towing. Just a hitch to add on a cargo rack.

I like trailer dot com. They show a roof carrier but no hitch. Call them, they may be able to help. A cargo hitch can hold a lot of gear as long as it’s light weight. You don’t want 400lb torquing the rear suspension along with a heavy trunk load. I believe a roof rack is a good alternative. They have Yakima and Inno.

Or you could give it to fedx to move? And if you are bringing it back after the trip I will tell you the same thing I tell my wife of 56 years. You are taking to much crap
