There's a small button under the dash with a diagram of a tire on it but it has arrows on both sides and a dot in the middle. Does anyone know what this button does? Can't post pics now since I'm on my cell. Thanks.

This button should be for the purpose of initializing the TPMS. There are detailed instructions in the owners manual. Manual index should have "Initialization" and refers to page for items to initialize.

It's an ejector seat button for carjackers that jump into the passenger seat. Seriously, the owners manual will tell you exactly what it is for (TPMS) as well as the volume ****. I wondered that also, but its right in the manual

This car is loaded with features. I am still amazed that I can get the tire pressure from all 4 tires and the spare from the dash. My GS didnt do that ( although my wifes 06 TL did)

cjitty, I was wondering why when I pushed it the sunroof blew off. :-)
I didn't get a manual with my car. I guess I'm going to have to download one from somewhere. Thanks for all the help though. I was just curious.

oh my bad man, i guess there are some folks out there that may not have a manual. Yeah, there is a little volume button under there too for the beeps heard on the outside, like when you walk away with your key and car is still on, etc. I was like, this car got too much mess on it lol

Not a prob. I saw a post about the volume one day and wanted to turn mines down a bit. I got up under the dash and found it along with the other one.

Here is some information from the 2011 LS460 AWD. There are three controls facing down on the panel just above the top of the accelerator pedal. They can easily be missed since they are so far down on the panel. Counting across from the left hand side (towards the driver’s door) they are as follows.
The first is a push button that deactivates/activates the PCS braking; “PCS” will appear on the dash display when deactivated. Push again to reactivate (I would think it should be left activated).
The middle button is the TPMS reset switch. As per the manual: With your tires at the desired pressure turn the “Engine Start Stop” to Ignition On. Push and hold the tire pressure warning reset switch until the tire pressure warning light blinks slowly 3 times and a message appears on the multi-information display. Wait a few minutes for the multi-information display to show the tire inflation pressures (5 tires), and turn the “ENGINE START STOP” switch OFF.
The right control is a **** to adjust the buzzer volume, including turning it off. I’m not exactly sure which buzzer signals are affected.

I believe the third button is for the outside "chirp" or notification that you hear when your are arming your car or when it needs to notify you that you left your keys in the car etc.
