I don't really know but for what it's worth I would expect it depends on why it broke; manufacturing flaw or just rough usage. Try them out and see what happens. It can't be that expensive to replace ... or perhaps it could, after all this is a Lexus.

Lost one of the fingers, replaced ok under warranty. I think the curves of Coke bottle shape did mine in.
Even though the fingers are individually replaceable, Lexus only has the Complete cupholder as the replacement part - cups, fingers, and rotating WOOD GRAIN TOP. Have the repair guy show you the new cupholder to see if the wood grain matches the rest of center console wood. If if doesn't match (most likely not), make them take the fingers off the new cupholder and replace the broken ones on your old cupholder. Then reinstall the old cupholder.

one of mine popped out a well about 1 day after i bought the car - it still in the console some place. My dealer said it was an $800 fix. I told them to forget it. I tried to get it out of the console, but havent figured out how to get it open with out breaking it.

I know how to you. I am going through a similar ordeal. My LS460 make this CLUNK-CLUNK-CLUNK sound when braking (two big pieces of suspension banging into each other making the noise -- not from brake actuator, which probably will go soon anyways).
Well the dealer heard the noise but don't know WHERE it came from (which parts to replace, so they said it's a "normal" noise from while the suspension is working...and refused service. The vehicle is under factory warranty.
So much for pursuit of perfection...
