Wow another one with over 200k! Tell us what you've had to do for repairs, because for some reason these cars have gotten a bad rap...when I don't think it was deserved.

Such understatement, my last 07 460 had 149,XXX and ran great!

Default 2008 LS with 204,000

Water pump at 150,000 miles. Nothing else but tires and brakes.

Lol! An 80k dollar car that has Honda Accord reliability? I love it.

And let me just say that as inexpensive to own and maintain an Accord, an Accord with 200k would be on it's second water pump and timing belt. I would be on my second set of control arms...third set of tie rods...and replaced at least 4 ball joints. Also I would have replaced an axle and at least one wheel bearing. You can also throw in a couple o2 sensors, four struts, valve cover gaskets, a couple evap solenoids, an egr valve, a vtec sensor or two and a few ***** or switches inside. And those are great cars, believe me.

Wait a second...So no control arms or brake actuators like everyone says happens on every single 460? Hmmm something is odd... Just kidding. That's great to hear.

Good to know because at the rate I drive, I'll be at 120k this time next year.

I did have to replace the water pump at 110K, everything else was standard maintenance.

I can live with a water pump at 110k - I can buy one on line for 70 bucks and easily put it in myself. Heck, I can live with the control arm "issues" too - I can buy aftermarket ones for $400 and put them in myself as well. And I guess I can live with a brake actuator too, because I can buy one of those on ebay for around $700.

It's things like electrical problems, transmission problems, engine problems, etc, that I don't want to deal with. My LS - with 92,000 miles - does not burn one drop of oil in 5k miles. That's ridiculous. I've never had a car capable of that (although it will burn a 1/2 quart at 5k when I use mobil 1...TGMO for some reason doesn't burn in my car).

I've got to say I'm ready to pile on the miles after reading this thread.

Ugh....indeed.....like my nightmare 7 series.

FWIW, I bought my Lexus' water pump for 55 bucks and replaced it in about an hour. Try that for a lot of other cars out there.

Regular maintenance (Lexus dealer) and about 70% highway mileage.

I have one with 171k at my dealership right now and the inspection findings were just four tires and some cosmetics. Super reliable!

A year and three months later and I'm now at 130,000 miles.

Car has been fantastic! The only things I've had to replace to date is a wheel bearing and some control arms up front (all those parts were replaced at 114,000 miles). Knock on wood I'll make it to 160,000 with minimal repairs.

I love high mileage stories.
