My body is 60.5. Want to lower 1", slight stiffer springs. TANABE ,where are they? Set of 20's that I haven't seen yet. Tint windows. Nice car, just a lil mushy for me.

50. First lexus. Was with the Mercedes brand before this - pretty disappointing in terms of reliability which is why I switched.

Man glad to hear/see we are all young, now I don't feel so bad. My son got a kick out of it though, calling me old. I just showed him this post, get this, now he wants to know when he turns 16 if he can drive my car...... Gotta love them for trying..

40 yo when I bought the LS460. This is my 6th Lexus. My first LS was the 1998 LS400. Got lured over to MB for a few years with an SL500, SL55 and CLS500. But, now, back to Lexus.

I'm 62. I was 45 when I bought my first Lexus, a 91 LS400. I couldn't have been much younger - since they started with the 1990 model. This is only my second Lexus - I tend to keep my cars (the first one got 350K miles during its 16 years of life). I hope this one (LS460L exec class) lasts until I can't drive anymore. All the automatic features makes it easier to drive and not run into things, a problem for the elderly set. My wife says I can move into the reclining back seat and hire a driver at that point.

Looks like mostly over 50 or so, likely because they can afford them. Many want, only some can own. Looks like a lot of the exceptions are the sons of those with oil money.

purchased last Decmeber when I was 40 ... Have been looking to buy one since I saw the first LS back in the 90's ... my kids are finally old enough to drive their own cars so I could get rid of the Big SUV and go back to a 4 dr for me.

Daryll, are we living parallel lives. Both live in Pittsburgh, we both bought our first LS at 29, etc...

I think that the new LS will entice younger buyers. It looks more sporty and sleeker than previous versions and arouses excitement. No offense to anyone who had the older one but it looked a little sleepy where as this new version looks sexy.

What part of town are you in? I am in Fox Chapel.

I agree that this current LS bodystyle will entice younger buyers.
