that's the sat radio antenna i believe. i don't know how much it costs, but if you are just for the look the fake ones could be found out there. not sure about where you are at of course

The shark's fin antenna is indeed a satellite antenna, and is only available installed from the factory. If satellite radio is what you're after, Lexus has an aftermarket kit available, but the supplied antenna is installed inside and is about the size of your keyfob. On the other hand, if the look is what you're after, there are some fins available for about $70 stateside like these.
