2. Some (~.5 seconds) improvement in performance. Interesting that Lexus claims that the LS600hL is .1 second slower, while Car and Driver reports that it’s .7 seconds faster.
3. CVT. The downshift hesitation on my LS430 was very annoying and, in my opinion a safety issue. I don’t KNOW that this won’t be an issue on the LS600hL, but I don’t expect it to be.
4. Even MORE soundproofing. How quiet can a car be?
5. Larger brakes.
6. Enhanced interior trim (hand-finished full leather instrument panel, front door armrests, upper door trim, etc.)
7. Those LED headlights look great. I wonder how well they perform....
8. This may be quirky, but I really enjoy those SILENT starts in a hybrid car.
one more pro...

I don't like those annoying beeps. Can it be programmed to call me on my phone if I'm not paying attention to driving???

I have the Precollision System, but I wouldn't want the Advanced one unless you could shut it off. I've driven the M45 with the Lane Departure System and it is a PITA. I could see this being along the same lines of going off a lot when you don't need it.
