i have to say, i haven't really paid much attention to color. i just read everything and i am confused. the pic and liz scanned, is it for ls460 or only for ls600h? i don't see anything associated with it.
and the black onyx on most lexus, they are just the plain black right? i do like the one with some metal flake in it. so liz, are you saying the black opal has flake or not? very confused little kid here

I just realized they named a color after the street RMMGS4 (Glen) lives on...Verdigris. LOL

it does look absolutely stunning, I am not a huge fan of the Purple/Blue tones in
it. I would go for (Black or Smoky Granite Mica).
The more I looked at the dark car the more I liked it. I was for at least 15
minutes and all other cars disappeared from the showrrom

Is it possible that it's actually the Black Sapphire Pearl instead ?

to the Hybrid, so unless she made a mistake, I am pretty sure. To me it does look
dark blueish

Well I guess the Black Opal is not a truly black paint color then, I think I just recall that Mercedes has a black opal paint too, it's also a very dark blue, not jet black. Sometimes these fancy paint names can be a little confusing, at least as a gem stone, opal does not suggest blue/purple, it's a multi-colored stone
