That looks damn nice for $2500, used cars in my area are stupid expensive. Any problems that need immediate attention??

For $2500 who cares about the color? Enjoy!

Old fashioned but we used to say every $1k is 1 year. So if this car were driven 2.5 yrs., that's it, paid for itself. If it were a steal, then it's worth fixing everything regardless of the price.

Wonder what caused the price to be so low? Friend or relative would make sense, but it sounds like a great find!

I was contemplating buying a LS460, but at the last minute the one I was going to purchase sold. I had a buyer for my 04 LS430, and he happened to mention that he had an 01 with 135k that he was going to get rid of soon. I took a look at the car, and offered him $2000 for it, he came back at $3000, and we settled at $2500. I thought it was reasonable and he payed the full asking price for my 04.
The car is in good shape, it had been dealer serviced and has had the TBelt, waterpump, and radiator done in the last 25k miles. He also had brand new tires put on it. When I first picked it up, it ran fairly sluggish compared to my 04, but I cleaned the throttle body, MAF sensor, PCV, and put some injector cleaner in it with some premium gas and it runs much better now. It was driven by an older gentleman for a long time.

Just had it tinted after I picked it up.

Don't call it gold .... call it champagne.
I drove an Acura Legend that color before I bought the LS. Almost didn't buy the Legend because of the color, but it ran so well I bought it anyway.
Ended up loving the car and the color. Always looked like it was just washed.

Enjoy the car !

Looks like quite a deal especially since it's got the TB, been serviced, etc. What model? How much did you get for your 04? Tint is a good idea. Keeps the inside of the car a LOT cooler in the sun. Don't have run the AC as much. Protects the interior from UV.

I agree about the tint. I sold the 04 with 88k miles for $10,500. The color is starting to grow on me. It was one of those deals that I couldn't pass up. Although, I miss the styling of the 04.

I like the LS in gold. It looks good with some tint and the factory chrome wheels or aftermarket black wheels.

I always liked your LS430. It was very classy. Do you still have your SC, LS, and that C5 Corvette?

I was the original owner of a SC400. Gold was the color for that and it never got tired or old looking!
