Unhappy A Series of Unfortunate Glitches

So my 2001 LS430 that I inherited from my dad over time has started to inherit things of its own. Such as a P0440 error code that I have no idea if its from a hose near the engine or something with the fuel tank system. Also, my mirrors, my left mirror, just the mirror itself, is cracked, meanwhile the right unit, when you fold it only goes about 1/3 before it stops. Flicking the switch between AUTO and FOLD makes it fold a little more, but stops. Another issue is with the radio. The FM radio is extremely spotty and fads in and out. The radio issue has been that way ever since we bought the car so I'm used to it, but want to get that fixed.

So if anyone has any of these 3 issues, can you tell me how you fixed it and also if you had to take it anywhere, the cost of the fix.

Other such issues I don't care about: Driver Memory settings can be set, but after a while the system forgets. Rip in the back seat leather, bumper scratches and left headlight faded/slight yellow discoloration.

Mirror glass is easy to replace and can be bought separately on ebay, dealer, salvage yards etc. As for the one not folding properly you can replace the whole mirror assembly or take apart the mirror and inspect mechanism.

Radio could be a bad antenna or loose or disconnected cable.

Headlight can be wetsanded and buffed to correct.

Seat memory could be battery issue or ecu associated with seat functions.
