Default Passenger Side Window won't go up or Down 05 LS430

As the title states, Passenger Side Window won't go up or down from Master Driver Switch neither from Passenger side window button.
However, there is a click sound when button is pressed, so it can't be the fuse.

Could it be the Actual motor that went out? or Control Module?

Would appreciate your inputs.

It does not hurt to start with checking the fuses since it just takes a minute... There are 2 fuses related to the passenger door window "P DOOR" and "MPX-B1", both are in the passenger side fuse box.

I recently had a similar issue. I rolled down the passenger window so the passenger could pay for parking and the window would not go back up. I was afraid that I was going to have to leave the car with the window down or go back home and miss the game. I toggled the window lock button a few times and the window went up. I hope you have not been driving around with your window down.

Had the same issue this week. I noticed some gunk on the window seal behind the glass and win the Atlanta heat I wondered if that was resisting the window in some way. I ran a thin tool between the glass and the seal from the inside and that seemed to work ( or was a false security providing coincidence). I'll going to give the fuses a check as well.
