Default Great deal on new, quality 17" tires

I recently purchased a 2004. While the car had new tires on it, they were "Tiger Paws" and very noisy. The car was from PA.

I went to my source, tirerack.com, and did some research. I came across these tires, which were tested with excellent results and has great reviews: Kumho
Solus TA71
Grand Touring All-Season

They are $100 each, with a $75 MasterCard rebate.

They are smooth on the road, over bumps, quiet, and great handling.

Tirerack will ship them to a local installer with pre-negotiated charges for mounting/balancing.

I've been ordering from TR for 16 years and have never been disappointed. You get MUCH more choice than your local tire center.

I used a few sets of Kumho Solus tires on my '97 LS400. They were a great tire for the price.

I had the Solus on my RX300, and they seemed fine. I'm not opposed to going off brand with tires, if they've been proven as reliable.

Nice pick up. They rate right behind the Michelin Premier at #3 and what 80 bucks or so nice deal. They have plenty of sipes from the picture and a good treadwear rating.

U shoot em flying out of the brush with a 410 gauge if yur good a 22 if yur really good? Seems in an all season tire more sipes is good. keep tire cool, wick away water, move so the tire is compliant and settled in a grand touting tire and is a more compliant ride. Summer tires have less sipes, made to be a stiff direct handling tire not as deep io tread right off the bat.. The lil cracks in the tread blocks
