The bolt pattern is not the only question. The LS has large brake calipers (especially in the front) that the wheel must clear.

I just measured the inside and outside diameter of my 18 inch stock rim and it is 19.5 inches in diameter inside and out. I am hoping these 18 RX350 are the same and than they should fit!!! If anyone used these rims please let me know check out this link as these are the rims i a buying,

So I bought the rims from a local person who promised if they don't fit he will refund me or exchange for a diff wheel. Tomorrow I will jack up the front and make sure the wheel goes on without rubbing the caliper, I never thought of that. Thanks guys and I will post my results. i believe they are from a 2010 RX350 like this:

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/F...01-13-2010.jpg

This is the exact rim. Man I wish I was rich i freggin LOVE THE RIM SHOWN BELOW!!!!!!!!

https://www.cnet.com/roadshow/auto/2013-lexus-rx-350/

I loved that smoked look I may just paint my rims that color if they fit. I KNOW YOU ALL ARE DYING TO KNOW IF THESE SUPER COOL WHEELS FIT AROUND OUR SUPER SPORT FERRARI BRAKE CALIPERS lol I will post the results!!!!!!

I guarantee they won't clear. You will have to run spacers to clear the front calipers.

You might consider running the 3GS 18" wheels. Those will clear LS calipers perfectly

That would suck, they are 18 inches, is the inside of the wheel not deep eough or large enough?

Sorry you didn't listen to avoid all of the hassle and disappointment. Sometimes, learn by doing the hard way is the only way. Before you put spacers on, be sure you read CL members' differing views about that modification.

I'm not quite sure what size spacers. But I'm guessing between 15-25mm. I'm think the RX wheels are 7 or 7.5 " wide. Even if they did fit, I think they would be sitting sunken inside the fender. The spacers would serve as two benefits for you
1. Clearing the front calipers
2. Pushing the wheels out a bit

but then again...if you can get a full refund, you should look into the 3rd gen GS 18". Or maybe even the IS250/350 18". Might be a little more pricey but they will clear the caliper
