Default Stock height, wheel gap differences

Walking up to our 06 LS430 I often notice the wheel gap is shorter above the rear tires than it is on the front tires. It's as if the car was squatting down, but the car is empty with nothing in the trunk. Is this normal? Our LS fully stock, Modern Luxury, and without the air suspension. I tried to Google the topic and there seems to be a difference in wheel gap but it's mostly confined to those with the air suspension.

I measure a 2-inch wheel gap for the rears and almost 3-inch for the fronts. Is this also the case for other LS owners (without the air suspension)? Just want to rule out any suspension issues, such as struts bottoming out. Car seems to ride fine though. Concerned that if the rear is that low unloaded, then will it bottom out if I load the backseat with people and fill the trunk? Thanks for any thoughts on the matter.

My '01 base model sits the same way. Noticeably higher in the front. I have seen many others that are the same. Maybe the rear springs have a propensity to sag over time. Mine has never bottomed out with 5 people in the car and a trunk full of luggage.

It doesn't have a lower rear, it's just the fender arches in the front are about an inch bigger than the rear. Toyota being overtly cautious. It is extremely annoying.

Here is a side view of our '01 stock model (no air suspension) and with all original parts, no mods, or adjustments that I know of...

measure the body on a level floor
you will notice the frame is level but the wheelarches show different gaps.
This is factory made
My bimmer had the same issue; smaller gap at rear larger gap at front.
I would not worry about it unless you are concerned about the visual effect.

I think that is what's everyone's complaint, visual effect. I don't doubt that everything else is level. It's the fact that the front has a bigger wheel gap than the rear which is awkward looking
