I have an 04 CL and occasionally if i lower the passenger window, it wont go all the way up. It goes up half way and then stops. If i shut off the car for a minute and turn it back on, it will go up. I pulled the door panel and didn't see anything impeding the window at all. Could this just be the motor on its way out? Or could it be the regulator?

Exact same thing happened to my '04. Replaced actuator and all good. Think parts & labor at my Toyota dealership ran around $300ish if I remember correctly. I'm not a capable DIY guy so do everything through my dealer. I remember they had to order the part from Lexus- apparently it wasn't a generic Toyota part.
