Anyone order a part from autohouseaz?
I'm in the process of purchasing a front axle bearing/hub assembly from AutohouseAZ for my 2001 LS430. It's for a Koyo part# 4355050011 which I've confirmed from numerous sources is the exact OEM replacement part for the Lexus bearing meaning Koyo makes the bearing hub that is sold under the Toyota/Lexus name. They were even cheaper than Amazon by $50 with free shipping and no sales tax. Total was $221.64. Has anyone dealt with this outfit when ordering parts? If so, what was your experience?

Thanks for all the positive reviews .I just sent my order in. It seems as if our members have used this outfit before for other than Lexus parts. That's good enough for me. As expensive as our parts are, every little bit helps.

Did all your parts work? Did any have to be returned? Were any of them used? I've been reading so many bad reviews today from Yelp, I'm considering cancelling my order and purchasing directly from Lexus and paying the extra dollars (approximately $80....) I spoke to a rep and he mentioned that some consumers actually return their used parts after saying they were not happy and then they get shipped out as new. How does Autohouse miss this and send out old parts? That's very discouraging.

All parts arrived as ordered.
Never got used parts
All parts fitted
Although they have optional parts (OEM or better) those parts are clearly marked as such and you have the choice to order they are never substituted

Have you ordered parts for your Lexus LS430? From almost every source I have found, the Koyo front wheel bearing hub is as close to the OEM part as possible as Koyo makes their bearings for Toyota/Lexus. It's just for political/liability reasons they are not able to use OEM for some Koyo parts. I may not know the logistics, but that is why I chose to purchase this Koyo part. In the past I purchased a Denso radiator for my LS430 which side by side was identical to the Lexus OEM radiator.....yet Denso did not place OEM on the part.

have not ordered Lexus parts from them
I "needed" a Denso a/c compressor and found a new one on Amazon for less - same part.
Denso is a parts manufacturer which provides parts for many automakers. You can get parts from them with the automaker logo on it but you pay a much higher price for the same item. Could be an agreement between automaker and Denso, so that the automaker can charge more.
If you browse thru parts on ebay you can see the same scenario. The moment it has a company logo on it it cost more for the same part.

I ordered a Denso radiator from Rockauto. It was labeled as "aftermarket" on the paperwork that came with it. It is definitely not the same as the oem radiator I removed. Cheaper plastic tanks. The first one had a crack in one of the tanks and it was labeled "Made in Taiwan". Oems were made in Japan. Buyer beware.

PS. Does anyone know with certainty that a "Genuine" "OEM" Lexus replacement radiator (or any other Genuine replacement part) is actually manufactured in Japan or instead comes from one of those "Bins" that many auto makers get their parts, some of which might not be from the country that built the car?

Got my Koyo Axle hub in 2 days and the ABS sensor had Koyo written on it with the Lexus part number for the ABS sensor. This was supposed to be an aftermarket part!
