Really can't go wrong with bulbs from theretrofitsource.com or xenondepot.com

Anything in the 5-6k range gives a nice white light. I wouldn't recommend anything over 6k as visibly and lumen count drops off pretty drastically.

No prob man. You can't really go wrong with just about anything from Philips or Osram. I've also used Morimotos and was pleased with the output.

I have made a research on this and what I found is, HID's bulbs of 5000k and above are not available in good brands like Philips, Osram and all for LS 430s. But those available 5000K HIDs and above are coming with Ballast which are non branded ones. I am looking for 5000K bulbs coz I need white light and if possible only branded bulbs. Is there any thing like that in the market which suits LS430s.

Ah, you need the D2R bulb not the D2S... Those are a bit harder to find in the higher kelvin temps.

But I am looking for High Beam bulbs which is a yellowish bulb which is 9005. D2S is for Dim Bulbs if I am not wrong.

Ahh, that's changes things once again lol. For the high beams it's a bit more complicated. HIDs in the high beams are not very effective because it takes a little while for the bulbs to fire up, to flashing your highs are pretty ineffective. You also have to worry about the fact that your high beams also might function as the daytime running lights (not sure on that though. Hopefully another owner can chime in). Another option for the high beam you have is LEDs considering they are instant on. But again, the LS is out of my expertise.

XenonDepot has a d2r in 5000k... I've purchased from them about 6 or 7 times for different stuff. I'd be comfortable purchasing these if I were in your situation.

MikeFoxx, Yes i found D2r 5000k in Xenondepot, but I am looking for high beam bulbs, which is not D2r right, I believe its 9005 which suits LS430.

Yardie876, you are absolutely right, I forgot the fact that HID bulbs has alag in lightning. So I will have to go for a LED bulbs. Whats ur opinion on LED bulbs with Ballasts. Also which brand is good in LED's.
