Default DIY analog air suspension controller

Hi,

I am working now with new project - DIY analog air suspension controller. I have found that height sensors are equiped with potentiometer so I have decided to use that information to manipulate feedback to achieve desired reaction from air suspension controller. This is not final solution but tests proved that will work as I suspect.

I will put switches into armrest After switch off, air suspension will work as without additional controller.

Solution will not be pnp. I haven`t oem connectors so it is necessary to solder 12v wires to oem harness.

More details soon after drive tests.

Finally I found some time to finish project.
There is ability to regulate height of all wheels individually. After height pre setup by potentiometer (5kOhm linear) I switch controller by two buttons on armrest. I can turn it off in any time. I could lower the car in couple of seconds by two switches. Lights auto leveling works without any problems as before. Air suspension react in the same way. By four potentiometers I manipulate in feedback from air suspension height sensors.

One switch is for lowering front of the car and the second one for rear.
I made one panel for mirabox switches and air suspension controller casing.

Total cost aprox 5$ and couple of hours to made wirings and casing.

Potentiometers are bolted in the casing:

There is an access to regulate potentiometers:

Buttons mounting:

Casing in alcantara:

Controller in armrest:

And movie. Suspension need some time to change position. Rear at first, the front.

Sorry for my english - I am still learning.

Converter was calibrated to 66cm (26") (from ground to fender). Car looks like on the photo:

If anyone would like do the same controller I added wiring schemat as attachments.

Hi, do you have a wiring diagram on the 2006 Lexus?

Where is located this original suspension controller? Where did you make your connections to original wiring harness?

Original controller is under passenger box. I have connected to harness near the original controller as on below photo:

I will attempt to replicate this onto my 89 Celsior. I am sure the wiring diagram will be slightly different but the overall principal will remain.

Try doing both front sensors and it should work. This is just used to fool the car's air suspension ECU to give it a different height sensor reading.
