With the rear sport sway bar (# 48812-50130), you need the sport bushings (# 58818-50020). (The sport sway bar is 1 mm thicker than stock.) The sport sway bar and bushings were offered together as a kit: # 48812-50130KIT.
Consider doing only the sport sway bar first, then decide whether you want the sport shocks as well.

Don't forget the front sway bar bushes while you are at it.
Why not just pick up KYB GR2's for right around $95 each? They are the OEM manufacturer and the quality is the same. Others have mentioned the GR2's are a little more sportier then the regular suspension shocks. This would be perfect for the sportier feel and at 1/2 the price of the shocks from Lexus.
