Default The Ultimate DIY Tech Tip

Before starting any repair work on your LS430 visit this site for a subscription based access to Lexus TIS Repair manuals: .https://techinfo.toyota.com
I just finished major front end work and the TIS manuals made it possible. I paid $15 for 2 days use, and file saved, and printed out, many repair documents.
Best $15 bucks I've spent in a very long time.

There is an online subscription service that is SUPERB at presenting EXACTLY how to repair your Lexus:

Go here: https://techinfo.toyota.com/

$15 for 2 days of downloads or print-outs. It is 100% complete and you'll be using the same procedures used by the pro's.

Follow it step by step and you're assured of a successful repair. Trust me, as I tried to "side step" a procedure recently and it set me back about 2 hours.

$15 is so crazy cheap it is ridiculous!

I do not work for TIS or have any associations with the website.

But just 6 days ago, you made a thread to tell us that Toyota's tech info is the 'Ultimate DIY Tech Tip'

But rather than answering this, you could just let sleeping dogs lie.

You're a seriously weird dude but something as helpful as TIS is worth repeating. TIS can save so many DIY's from making mistakes that can be costly.

Merged threads.

Great resource, but please don't keep reposting the same thing in new threads every few days.

Have I done that? Many people search by Title and that is the key difference between the two and it is worth making the information easier to find. There are so many flagrant, worthless, rants by a handful on this forum that my sincere attempt to help members vs their worthless rants that REMAIN posted is odd to say the least.

Yes you clearly did with these two threads I just merged containing exactly the same topic. Also Two others on favorite filter/filter and oil. Your recent "this is the absolute best" marketing approach to posting is a key contributor to causing those rants, and I'll politely suggest you change that and you'll see a change in other members reactions.

If you want to discuss further pm me rather than take this thread off topic.

If you're planning any thing beyond an oil change or filter replacement, I strongly suggest the TIS manuals for torque specifications, step-by-step visual instructions, and the same material sourced by professional mechanics throughout the USA.
