Question: Has anyone used this part on 2002 LS430? How was the fit, do I have to file it to make it fit? Thanks
Answer: It did fit into my 2003 LS430 without filing. Works great. But I do not recommended it. It is a LOT louder than the original. I'm thinking of changing it again, but not sure how to tell the difference in loudness by model number (both have the same).

Maybe it was the way it was installed as mine makes no noise at all. This is a D shaft. It fit perfect in my 2004
