The finish on the exterior plastic door handles trim bezels that matche the exterior paint color is failing from sun age. Does anyone know if i can buy just the color matched plastic trim bezel on the door handle or does it only come as a compete door handle assembly?

You should be able to order these painted from the factory. I replaced a trim piece on my drivers door that came painted, due to someone trying to break into the vehicle and snapping the trim piece apart.

Yep, same here. Someone stole the back rear piece on the door handle.
You can order it online from South Atlanta Lexus parts, or any other parts dealer, by the color code, so it will come painted.

Great to hear theses bezels are available as parts from the door handle assembly. Do you remember if the bezels snap in place or are they attached to the door handle with an adhesive?

they snap into place but be very careful and take your time.easy to break.

Nothing is held on by glue as far as I remember. Even the very small piece that I put in was held by a short screw. You need to take the door panel apart. Piece of cake job.
